How to Cancel Your Hosting Service


If you no longer need your hosting service with LoafHosts, you can easily submit a cancellation request right from your client area. Follow the steps below to cancel your service.


⚙️ Step 1: Log Into Your Client Area

  1. Visit https://loafhosts.com/login and log in to your client account.

  2. Once logged in, you’ll be on the Dashboard.

  3. Look for the "Services" section in the middle of the dashboard (see image below).

 

⚙️ Step 2: Select the Hosting Service to Cancel

  1. Under Your Active Products/Services, find the hosting plan you want to cancel.

  2. Click the service name (e.g., Web Hosting - Ultimate).

 

⚙️ Step 3: Request Cancellation

  1. On the Product Details page, locate the sidebar on the left.

  2. Click Request Cancellation under the Actions section.

  3. On the cancellation request screen:

    • Provide a brief reason for the cancellation.

    • Choose your preferred Cancellation Type:

      • Immediate – Service will be terminated right away.

      • End of Billing Period – Service remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.

 
  1. Click Request Cancellation to submit your request.


✅ What Happens Next?

  • You will receive an email confirming the cancellation request.

  • Our team may follow up if we need more details.

  • If you selected "Immediate," your hosting service will be terminated right away.
